This is truly astounding (meticulous reading of documents: being a lawyer helps😅😎), bravissimo! One question: in your opinion what makes people, even not naive people (“Putin programming Macron”) so prone to being manipulated? Much of the current debate about propaganda focusses on the techniques / tools of propaganda, namely on the manipulator. Lesser attention is paid - it seems to me - to why propaganda works on, and entraps, people.

Thank you Roberto. I will mull that question, and write a piece on it. The short answer is: "Being human." We're all susceptible to being trolled through emotionally resonant activities of body speech and mind. People with certain i kinds of personality inventories are particularly susceptible to certain kinds of trolling, which Ruschist Disinfolklore expertly targets (e.g. https://twitter.com/decodingtrolls/status/1530941312459067392?s=46&t=81-juj3KRrQ3LkTprqjbAg). Leave it with me. It's a topic which deserves at least one and probably many posts.
